Welcome
Welcome to the most exciting technological transformation of your lives. The spending now pouring into AI (chips, data centres, energy, networks, and talent) belongs in the same conversation as the railway build-out of the 1850s and the Apollo moonshot: society-scale bets on infrastructure that changed what people could build. This workshop is your gateway to that transformation.
This two-day workshop is for experienced software developers learning to build and evaluate agentic software. You will use modern coding agents, then collaboratively build an agent from first principles.

About the class
- Two full days, 9:00 to 17:00.
- Breaks are planned for mid-morning and mid-afternoon, with lunch around midday.
- Teams of 3-4. Everyone builds their own dispatch agent in their own repository; your team is who you agree requirements with and who reviews what you merge.
- Day 1 establishes the plan-build-review workflow and a running stage-1 agent loop.
- Day 2 adds intake, deterministic reconciliation, replanning, evals, and an unattended challenge finale.
